Our comprehensive package includes bi-monthly strategic consultations, quarterly business reviews, and ongoing email and phone support. We provide business development strategy implementation, AI product evaluation and integration support for up to four tools, and client relationship management optimization. Each quarter includes one on-site visit and access to our complete library of training materials and workshops.

As founder of JustaNovus LLC and Special Counsel to the Legal Aid Society of Westchester County, she's the go-to authority on AI integration in legal practice. Former President of the New York State Bar Association, current Co-Chair of the Committee on the New York Bar Exam, and advisor to the NY Chief Administrative Judge on artificial intelligence, Wallach operates at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and legal excellence. She co-authored the International Bar Association's landmark report on AI and the legal profession, chairs technology committees across multiple prestigious organizations, and serves as an Officer of the IBA and Delegate to the ABA House of Delegates because when the legal profession needs to understand the future, they call on her.
From the Bronx DA's office to running her own firm to leading the largest state bar association in the country, Wallach has built a career on breaking barriers and building institutions. She lectures everywhere from NYU to Barcelona, co-founded the NYSBA Young Lawyers Section Trial Academy, and sits on boards that shape criminal defense, emerging technology policy, and access to justice. A graduate of Hofstra Law and George Washington University, she brings decades of experience to the critical work of transforming legal practice for the modern era while ensuring technology serves the interests of justice.
